Can I take this alongside HRT?
Yes you can.
How long do I take this for?
We recommend using as a course for 3 months (each product lasts 30 days). We also recommend speaking to our expert nutrition team to discuss if you need this product longer term. As your body changes as you move through different stages of perimenopause or menopause, so will the need for bacteria to support your gynaecological and genitourinary tract.
Is this product designed to be taken in conjunction with other products in the range?
Yes you can. This product has been formulated to take alongside Perimenopause Complex or Menopause Complex
Is this vegan?
No, this product is not strictly vegan. Our final product contains no milk proteins or enzymes, however the bacteria present in this formula are originally produced from milk.
Can I take this at the same time as my other supplements?
Yes, you can.
Are your probiotics ‘stable’ and does it need to be kept in a fridge?
All our beneficial bacteria freeze dried in order to improve their stability and absorption, and are therefore gastric and bile acid resistant. They do not need to be kept in the fridge unless in an environment above 25 degrees C. Please keep in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
