Dried Fruit Compote with Fruit Tea
Dried fruit is antioxidant and vitamin rich, and using dried fruit in a compote/cereal is a brilliant way to add natural sweetness. This compote also includes walnuts and almonds, which are excellent sources of Vitamin E.
