A glowing complexion starts from within. This easy, on-the-go recipe offers hydration, healthy fats and antioxidants to keep you looking and feeling your best. Your skin will thank you.

Method:
  1. Remove outer skin from the pineapple, avocado and banana then chop the pineapple and avocado into bite size pieces. Alternatively use frozen pineapple.
  2. Blitz all the ingredients in a high speed blender. 
  3. Serve in your favourite glass or take with you on the go.
