Smoothies are a great way to incorporate more vegetables and fruits into our daily diets. Smoothies are kids favourites too. Hide those veggies in the mix and they will not know.

  1. Blend ingredients together.   
  2. Add toppings as desired e.g banana, berries, chia seeds

    For the bowl:

    • 4 large pieces of cucumber
    • Handful of spinach
    • Small bunch of coriander
    • 1/2 avocado
    • 1/2 pear

    Toppings:

    • Gluten free granola
    • Chia seeds
    • Pine nuts
    • Blueberries
    • Physalis
