Overnight oats are a great way to master your weekly breakfast in batches and are so much more nutritious than that on-the-go pastry. Paired with nutritional powerhouses like seeds and berries they provide much-needed fibre, antioxidants and nutrients. Tip tip: while chia and flax seeds are incredibly nutritious, they don’t contain your full Omega 3 requirement so do top up with your morning Omega 3 supplements. 

Method:

  1. Make your base by combining the ingredients together in a bowl and setting aside in the fridge for 30 minutes while you prep the topping.
  2. Combine the yoghurt, vanilla & maple syrup to make the topping. Add it to the base & finish with the raspberries and granola. Keep in the fridge overnight or for at least an hour before enjoying

Ingredients

For the base

  • 50g oats
  • 1 tbsp milled flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Wild Nutrition Organic Protein + Superfood Powder
  • 120ml milk of choice

Cheesecake topping

  • 120g yoghurt or dairy free yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 60g frozen raspberries
  • Handful of granola
